He has led large-scale projects in energy infrastructure development, renewable energy solutions, energy storage, and oil & gas exploration & production, helping clients plan and execute initiatives in renewable energy integration, energy efficiency consulting, and smart grid solutions. Damien also guides clients on market entry strategies, sustainability assessment, and feasibility studies to ensure their investments deliver both bottom-line returns and alignment with regulatory, environmental, and energy transition goals. He holds an MBA from Chicago Booth and a Master’s in Sustainability from Harvard University, and has lived in Vietnam, Singapore, Australia, and the UAE.

Jack is a Principal at Eurogroup Consulting with more than a decade of experience in energy transformation and operational strategy, particularly in digitalization and smart energy solutions, energy efficiency & sustainability, and renewable energy integration. He has delivered engagements for energy providers and utilities involving smart grid deployment, energy infrastructure modernization, market research and in-depth energy surveys, and project management excellence. Jack is also experienced in crafting market entry strategies and conducting feasibility studies in both oil & gas and renewable sectors. Having lived and worked across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Jordan, Myanmar, Singapore, Yemen, and the UK, he brings valuable cross-market insights. He holds a Master’s Degree from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Manchester.

Nabil is a Director at Eurogroup Consulting who has spent over 10 years advising on growth, operations, and investment in Saudi Arabia and Asia, especially in energy efficiency, oil & gas exploration & production, energy infrastructure development, and renewable energy solutions. His experience spans sustainability assessments, market entry strategy, corporate valuation, complex financial modeling, and feasibility studies and assessments tailored to energy projects. Nabil has also led energy market research and in-depth energy surveys, helping clients to make informed decisions on energy storage, grid modernization, and sustainable infrastructure. He holds a BA in Finance from the American University of Beirut (AUB) and speaks fluent English, French, and Arabic.
